– JHP Group announces Chief Operations Officer appointment

Jim Chambers, Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebekah Ramsay to the post of Chief Operations Officer for JHP Group. Rebekah will join the business on the 1st November 2010, assuming full operational responsibility for the Group’s trading divisions: JHP Employability and JHP Training. The newly created position of Chief Operations Officer is as a result of JHP Group’s significant and ongoing expansion, combined with rapid development in the company’s growth strategy.

Rebekah comments, “I am delighted to be joining JHP Group in the position of Chief Operating Officer at this very exciting and emergent time in the employability and skills markets. The remarkable development of this company over the past 2 years provides a solid platform from which I am confident that the operational businesses can be elevated even further to successfully help more people and more employers”.

Rebekah previously led A4e’s Welfare to Work Division, the Health & Social Care Division and A4e’s business in Australia. Prior to this, Rebekah was a Divisional Director of various businesses for The Capita Group. Rebekah therefore brings a wealth of experience to the role and will leverage her expertise to further enable JHP Group to execute new opportunities, playing a key part in continuing the company’s successes and vision of becoming the UK’s leading provider of integrated employment support and work based learning solutions.
