Rehab Group and Interserve take to the regions in their bid for the Work Programme
Rehab Group and Interserve, who are working together to bid for the Work Programme, have just finished a tour of the South West and Wales, where they held a series of events in cities across these regions. These events, along with their team of Regional Champions show that Rehab Group and Interserve are committed to working with organisations local to these regions as well as understanding the needs of different areas.
Rehab Group and Interserve held events, from the 10th-13th January in Exeter, Bristol, Cardiff and Deganwy giving potential partners from the Isles of Scilly to Holyhead and everywhere in between, the opportunity to meet with them to find out more about their bid and ask any questions that they had. In total, over one hundred different organisations from the voluntary, public and private sectors met with key staff from both organisations and were introduced to their Regional Champions.
Attendees at the events spoke of the value of these events for finding out more about Rehab Group and Interserve, as well as their delivery model and financial elements of their bid. They also had the opportunity to network with other local organisations that have an interest in the Welfare to Work sector.
Rehab Group and Interserve’s efforts to integrate local knowledge into their delivery model and supply chain are not limited to these events however. Across the regions, Rehab Group and Interserve also have a team of Regional Champions. These Regional Champions are engaging with local organisations and employers to build the best possible supply chain and to ensure a high quality and work sustainable delivery model is firmly in place.
Leveraging local knowledge and in Wales an ability to communicate with clients in Welsh, the Regional Champions are an invaluable asset to potential partners and ensure that Rehab Group and Interserve’s bid for the Work Programme in the South-West and Wales involves as many local organisations as possible.
The events held by Rehab Group and Interserve, as well as their team of Regional Champions mean that their bid for the Work Programme will be unrivalled in understanding and meeting local needs.
