Well – what a to do! I thought these primes were wholly committed to meeting joint outcomes for positive employment in London? [LOL.]
Perhaps I can draw readers attention to the issue about ‘exclusive’ membership of supply chains. Of course, it would be anti competitive to implement exclusive membership of a consortium or partnership.
Just in case any organisation has been foolish enough to sign an exclusive contract with a ‘prime’ contractor – you are now wittnessing their undying devotion to maintaining their own supply chains. Question is – I wonder if any 3rd sector providers will go down as a result of not hedging their bets in this way?
I strongly suggest that the whole structure will soon be unravelling severely damaging 3rd sector providers and resulting in more than a few shutting up shop as a result.
