ERSA issues TUPE guidance 
The Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) has published best practice guidance to help DWP and providers with TUPE issues which may arise as a consequence of the transition from existing welfare to work schemes to the Work Programme. The guidance has been produced by ERSA’s HR forum which is currently reviewing the legal and HR implications of the transition. The guidance is available to download by following this link.
