ERSA, Acevo and NCVO have launched a new report “Perfect Partners: strengthening within employment services supply chains,” which aims to guide and help prime sub-contracts develop good relationships on government Welfare to Work Programmes.
The report advises on good practices such as sharing performance data with supply chain partners and providing support to those having difficulties to deliver at the level expected.
The report also gives recommendations to prime and sub-contractors on establishing supply chains, managing supply chains and on the role of the government.
