Last night the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) published their new rules for 2012/13, following announcements last week the new rules would consolidate all rules into a single document.
The document published last night is version one of the new rules with an updated version planned to be released in May. The SFA announced that the updated version will “include the supporting audit evidence requirements” and will allow for “adjustments” to be made where greater clarification is needed.
