Channel 4 are poised for an in depth interview and want to produce a documentary programme about 1 or 2 organisations who feel they are approaching a watershed point in relation to the Work Programme in terms of deciding to pull out because the related service delivery has become financially unsustainable, or worse, that it is so financially unsustainable that the organisation may have to fold. I wonder why Halifax and Santander are in a competition to terminate introducers from their list. Both of the mega Giants in the mortgage lending business are looking for one excuse to terminate brokers registration from their books, for little or no reasons.. most of the time brokers do not even know why their registration was terminated. They are not prepared to explain the reasons and the registration would not be re-instated.
